Volunteering at Wellbeing Works

We are always looking for new volunteers to run informal activities based on their hobbies, interests or pastimes?

Unemployment can be a very isolating experience and many of our clients struggle with a lack of confidence. Taking up an activity allows our clients the chance to develop new skills and improve their confidence.

Examples include a book, film or walking group, poetry, yoga, healthy eating, photography or art sessions. This is by no means an exhaustive list, what can you share?  For more information click on this link.

Time out Tuesdays at Wellbeing Works

Our volunteers run a range of wellbeing activities that are free to attend and open to anyone.

At the moment we are inviting you to take some time out on a Tuesday and join us for a mix of workshops designed to help you relax, try something new or just get you out of the house.

Time out Tuesdays run from 1.00pm to 2.30pm.
